The University of Rwanda - College of Education (UR-CE) is pleased to invite A2 In-Service teachers recommended by REB who were granted to upgrade their Level, to submit their application forms.
Guidelines for Applications
Generate UR Reference Number
Access the University of Rwanda Online Application Portal to generate your unique Reference Number.
Payment of Application Fee
A non-refundable application fee of 5,000 Frw. Payment should be made through the Urubuto System using your UR Reference Number as the Payer Code.

Submission of Application
Complete the application form and submit it with Certified Academic Documents to the College Registry office at Rukara Campus.
- A level Certificate and results Slip/Transcripts
- Copy of ID
- Proof of payment (5000 Frw)
Note: Candidates who previously made applications but did not register should pay using their previously generated Reference Number and proceed with the application process. Ensure the reference number is correctly entered to facilitate proper identification.
